Description
After an internship in a law firm practicing Swiss and international commercial and contractual law, Alexandre Muscionico joined Bory & Associés in 2021 as an associate. He became a partner on September 1, 2024.
Alexandre Muscionico advises and represents individuals and companies before Swiss courts and international arbitration institutions in contractual and commercial proceedings.
He specialized in technology and intellectual property law at the Universities of Geneva and Zurich. Today, he assists his clients in setting up companies and launching start-ups in Switzerland. In this context, he drafts and negotiates commercial contracts (technology transfers, distribution and licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc.) and ensures compliance with data protection regulations.
As a member of the board of directors of Swiss companies, Alexandre Muscionico regularly deals with issues relating to their day-to-day organization.
Alexandre Muscionico also has several years of experience in real estate and construction law. He represents property owners in the purchase and sale of real estate, in the renting of premises and in the realization of construction projects.
Alexandre Muscionico is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss LegalTech Association.
